U.S. ORGANIZATIONS ENDORSE SUNNY IRAKPO AS BRAND AMBASSADOR FOR YOUTH

In a significant move to bolster youth development initiatives in Nigeria, two U.S.-based organizations, Dawkins Development Group Inc. and Flip These Bricks Academy, have endorsed renowned anti-drug advocate and founder of Silec Initiatives, Ambassador Sunny Irakpo, as their Brand Ambassador for Africa.
This endorsement aims to champion developmental projects that engage Nigeria’s youth in meaningful socio-economic activities, potentially boosting the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
Daniel Salem Dawkins, Chairman and President of Dawkins Development Group Inc. and Flip These Bricks Academy, announced the endorsement in an official letter to Ambassador Irakpo. Dawkins Development Group Inc., a New York-based real estate and property development organization, specializes in residential and commercial construction, land development, and various building services.
The organization expressed excitement about the endorsement, highlighting Irakpo’s dedication to human and societal development, which aligns with their values and vision to empower younger generations.
In response, Ambassador Sunny Irakpo expressed his gratitude to the Chairman for the noble venture, emphasizing the importance of job creation opportunities for the next generation. He noted that this endorsement is a testament to the value of hard work and patience.
As part of his ongoing efforts to combat drug abuse and addiction, Ambassador Irakpo has also secured a partnership with the Bayelsa State Government. The Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency Senator Douye Diri, through the office of the Special Adviser on Trade and Investment, Mrs. Owanari Rowland Harry, recently approved Silec Initiatives’ proposal to build youth capacity in the state. This collaboration aims to address social vices such as drug and substance abuse among the youth in Bayelsa State and Nigeria at large.
Ambassador Irakpo believes that the support from Dawkins Development Group Inc. and Flip These Bricks Academy will significantly contribute to addressing these critical issues, fostering a healthier and more productive youth population.
This endorsement marks a pivotal step in enhancing youth development and combating social vices in Nigeria, reflecting the collaborative efforts of international and local organizations dedicated to societal progress.
