Dr. Olalere Oloruntobi

Hon. Fagbemi commended Dr. Oloruntobi for sponsoring the 2026 NECO registration fees of 1,246 students across 20 public secondary schools in the local government, noting that the gesture has lifted an enormous financial burden off parents and guardians, many of whom are subsistence farmers and petty traders.

“This noble act has restored hope to our students and renewed confidence in the future of education in Akoko North West,” Hon. Fagbemi said. “By ensuring that no child is denied the opportunity to sit for the NECO examination due to lack of funds, Dr. Oloruntobi has invested directly in the future leaders of our land.”
He further congratulated the philanthropist for extending his impact beyond education through the empowerment of 105 local entrepreneurs with ₦1 million each and the provision of monthly stipends to elderly persons and widows in Okeagbe-Akoko.
